"Kids these days" enter a world where...
...they’re considered an “it” for the 1st 9 months.
"Since 1982, almost all school shootings have been perpetrated by white males in suburban and rural school districts with multiple seemingly random or unspecific targets and mass killing involved." http://www.examiner.com/article/what-fbi-profiles-tell-us-about-school-shooters-and-how-to-prevent-the-next-one-6
...they are often brought into the world unnaturally with planned c-sections or inducement.
...they are often cared for “unnaturally” and sent to sleep alone and left to cry with no response.
...they are often cared for “unnaturally” and sent to sleep alone and left to cry with no response.
...often they have only one parent or will soon and spend years watching their mom n’ dad’s relationship deteriorate.
...they’re often sent at 6wks of age to a babysitter and spend most of their time away from their mother.
...their mothers crave "girls night out" to "get a break from her kids!"
...they’re often being smacked and spanked by parents and sitters for doing developmentally appropriate things before they’re even able to walk. (statistics say around 90% of parents spank)
...they’re often barely out of diapers and sent to “school.”
...they’re pushed to perform and are tested by Kindergarten.
...they’re often spanked/hit/punished by parents for failing to perform well.
...they can be hit by their teachers and principal if they misbehave in school.
...they’re expected to get the best grades possible and go to college.
...they’re tested tested tested constantly.
...they’re often being fed inadequate, chemical and additive laden food all their lives. (and if mom bottle feeds this starts from day one)
...they’re often drugged and labeled (ADHD) for either normal developmental behavior or for the symptoms that this life they’ve been born into is stressing them out.
...they’re generally looked down on by all grown-ups and treated “as kids” but expected to behave and perform like adults or they are punished.
...they have no control in life.
How much longer will our world look at the fruit of what we're doing to our children and continue to believe that "what kids need is...more of the same?"
When will the world pay attention to this verse? Our children have definitely lost heart...
Fathers, do not exasperate your children, so that they will not lose heart.
Colossians 3:21

To better understand how the way we are caring for our young can lead to violence...look at this video...

"that which is known about God is evident within them; for God made it evident to them. For since the creation of the world His invisible attributes, His eternal power and divine nature, have been clearly seen, being understood through what has been made, so that they are without excuse." Romans 1
